Do you have a minimum weight to purchase?
No, whether you have a few pounds of scrap copper or truckloads from a demo site, we want to work with you.
How do I know what types of metals I have?
We specialize in mixed loads. Our team will help you to identify and organize your metals. The best thing you can do before coming here is take a magnet to your metals and if it sticks, it is ferrous and will need to go to another facility. We can refer you to appropriate facilities. We buy copper, brass, aluminum, lead, zinc, insulated wire and nickel alloys.
Do I need to make an appointment or just drive up?
Drive-ins are always welcome but scheduling a drop off in advance it always more efficient for your visit. Please call (781)581-7000 ad we’re happy to help.
Do you sort the metals, or do I need to separate them myself?
Our team can help to sort your metals.
What are some of the most interesting items that have been dropped off?
We’ve seen just about everything, but items of historical value we try to protect.
Why don’t you collect iron or steel based metals?
We’ve decided to specialize in non-ferrous metals as it requires special knowledge to identify and process, but happy to refer you to a metal recycler who handles those materials.
Do you accept automotive parts?
Unfortunately, no. With the volume of non-ferrous material, we handle we don’t have the space to sort and store automotive parts.
